Resell Rights
Definitions
Below you will find a definition of
the different terms used with resell rights. I have tried to
make sure that all of the products offered here abide by the
licensing terms. If you find a product that is not licensed
correctly please let me know.
Also please note that some products
may not have a license file included with them. These files
are presented as I have purchased them. In other words the
seller I purchased them from stated the rights to me.
Rights Definitions
Giveaway Rights
This means you are allowed to give
that product away, you do not necessarily have the right
to sell that product.
Resell Rights
This means you are allowed to
resell that product and keep 100% of the profits from
whatever you resell. Some license agreements may have a
suggested minimum selling price. Other terms may apply,
make sure you always read the license. You cannot sell
the license to Resell Rights products.
Master Resell Rights
This means you can give the
product away, sell it for whatever amount you want, or
bundle it with other products to create you own custom
package.
Plus you can pass the Resell
Rights on to your customers. Products with
Master Resell Rights usually cost more
but give you more choices on how you will distribute
them. In addition most products in this category include
custom made websites and sales pages to help you resell
them. Again make sure you read the license agreement.
Private Label Rights
These are the top rights available
and also the most expensive. Many of these products sell
for hundreds of dollars! You have total control of these
products. They include the source files so you can edit
the product and claim it as your own creation.
You can edit the content, the
images, and sales pages. You can rename the product and
offer it as a totally new product. You can then offer
this product with Resell,
Master Resell, or
Private Label rights! As you can
see, products with these rights are the cream of the
crop.
Branding Rights
This is a term used for products that
have links which you can change to your own. Depending
on the product you may be able to insert your name, your
website URL, and your affiliate links. Most of these
products come with software you use to "rebrand" them.
They may also come with the right to resell the branding
right to others.
